What is your
working schedule?
Our office hours are 10:00 am until 5:30 p.m., Monday
through Friday.
How can I
make an appointment?
You may call our office anytime at 5523-3615 or 5669-3435
to schedule an appointment. If we do not answer the
phone, please leave a voicemail message. Or you may
request an appointment online.
What if I
need to cancel an appointment? Will I be charged?
Should you need to make any changes to an existing appointment,
we ask for 48 hours notice if possible. This advance
notice will enable us to accommodate another patient
in need of care, and there will be no charge.
What
do I do if I have an emergency when the office is closed?
Dr. Fuentes can be easily located after working hours.
You may send a message to his Skytel pager either by
phone or via the Internet. Either way, you can be sure
he will call back!

It is very easy and convenient to send
your Skytel message via the Internet. First, enter
the 7-digit PIN (5589510)
in the Pin
field. Then write your message in the Mensaje
field. To send your message, simply click on Enviar.

To leave a message by phone, call 5227-7979.
A live receptionist will answer. Provide the 7-digit
PIN (5589510)
and leave your message.
Do you have
any special offers for patients?
Yes we do. We have two limited
offers, one for existing patients and the other
for new patients.
What kind
of needles will you use in my mouth?
We only use disposable needles, facemasks, cups and
latex gloves for your protection.
What about
sterilization?
We sterilize all the instruments used with every patient
and then store it in cold sterilization liquid until
needed once again.
